RLM series hot air furnace is a new high efficient stove. It can provide 120℃~500℃ temperature range of hot air. The furnaces have been widely used in agriculture, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, paper-making industry and pellet plant. It has passed the testing of provincial energy utilization and inspection center. Its thermal efficiency reaches 75%, Dust concentration is less than 200 mg/m3, It meets the national environmental requirements.
Principle:
Fuel from the coal charger is automatically added into the bucket elevator, uniformly spread on the surface grate by coal board controlling. Along with the constant movement of grate, coal seams complete preheating, drying, firing, burning and other stage by step. Finally slag discharges through slag machine, high temperature gas (900℃~1100℃) enters heat exchanger after dust collecting and heat air for drying. Low temperature gas discharges from the draft fan through pluse filter.
Feature:
1. Mechanized grate and new energy-saving burner is used to make combustion adequate and operation stable and reliable.
2. By using heat exchanger which is made from special treatment and heat-resistant steel, temperature of air heating furnace outlet can reach 500℃ and maintain a longer life.
3. The use of secondary heat waste recovery system ensures a higher outlet air temperature and maintains a low exhaust gas temperature, so high heat efficiency is retained.
4. Equipped with mechanized coal charging machine and coal slag machine. Easy operation, a little labor intensity.
5. Using multi-stage dust collecting and temperature controlling before high temperature gas enters heat exchanger can greatly extend the life of the heat exchanger.
