DC-218D Drum Chipper New Features:
DC-218D Drum Chipper is more suitable for the change of structure of timber resource.
- The feeder size increases from 225X680 mm to240X750 mm, the output capacity of single machine is 38m3/h which can easily meet the need of chip preparation
- The upper and lower feed roller abandons the usual integral structure, the new structure is composed of four separate teeth plates, what's more, it makes large improvement in material and structure. It is more convenient and fast for changing feed roller, it can also prolong the machine service life span.
- The reducer of feed roller is designed with universal standard and made by special factory with more stable and reliable quality, convenient maintenance and longer service life.
- The hand oil pump replaced by motor oil pump, it can obviously reduce workers working strength and increase efficiency.
- Main shaft belt pulley adopts the uniform connection of new type cone jacket. So the connection is more reliable and dismantle is more convenient and fast.
- The belt of feed conveyor chooses the special shock-proof material which can increase the service life in a large extent.
