Product Specification:
A brand-new concept in modular house is developed by CWT to meet the versatile and demanding needs of various kinds of user. It is easy to install and be able to move from one location to another location without any dismantlement needed. Adopting container design plus in-house innovative packing method, our modular House Unit can be transported economically both by sea and by land.
Product Material:
1. Wall: 0.6mm Pre-painted galvanized steel sheet for cover, built-in 14kg/cbm EPS, with good heat-insulation and environment-protecting function.
2. Q235 standard for steel. GB standard I-Beam for Ground beam, Connected and welded by two different Square tube for Floor Support.
3. Waterproof sheet for floor, with good water-proof & reinforced function.
4. 1.5mm Aluminum-alloy for door and window frame, with reinforced steel glass. With up-to date style and stable & safe features.
5. Special waterproof Aluminum material, Configure-to-Order for all the joint accessories, perfect installation effect.
Product Structure
1. Latest steel structure design system.
2. High-powered bolt combination with ground column, ground beam, Floor Support, pillar and timber, good wind resistance.
3. Total 6 main body: independent bathroom, independent kitchen , together with front plate, backboard, floor, ceiling.
Installation Flow
1. Fix the ground pole into the appointed site.
2. Fix the ground beam onto the ground pole together with screws.
3. Put the three middle shelves onto the ground beams according to the sketch to fix them .
4. Install the kitchen and the bathroom on both sides of the ground beam.
5. Fix the front plate and the backboard in the middle of the house.
6. Array the floor in orderly, fix the ceiling.
7. Install the door and other small parts refer to the sketch .
The whole house installation will take about 4 hours to finish by 4 persons.
Transportation
One 40GP containerCan load 2 sets of same dimension houses. It saves the transportation cost .

Two choices for your reference:
1. Only with the switch ,electric outlet and tap joint; furniture ,bathroom, Home Appliance is optional.
2. Including both furniture and mating bathroom facilities; Home Appliances is optional.
